Call for Female ICT Role Models 📣

Become a LeadHER Role Model

Girls across Europe need to see women who use, understand, and shape digital technologies. LeadHER is launching a call for female role models who can inspire girls in basic and secondary education to explore ICT with confidence, curiosity, and ambition.

Whether you are an ICT professional, a university student in a technological field, a teacher, or simply a woman with a personal story about how digital tools changed your life—your experience matters!

Join us and help build a more inclusive digital future!

What is the LeadHER Role
Model Programme?

The LeadHER programme invites women from Portugal, Bulgaria, and Spain to share their stories and participate in one of two mentoring schemes:
Flexible Interactive Groups, for girls in basic education
Dialogical Spaces,
for girls in secondary education
As a role model, you will participate in small group sessions or dialogical encounters where girls can ask questions, discover ICT pathways, and understand the diverse ways technology influences real lives.

ICT professionals and engineers
Women working in digital innovation, software, cybersecurity, or related fields
Teachers and educators with digital teaching experience
